5. Receipts / Tax Benefits

1. Donation acknowledgements/receipts (including any tax-related certificates, if applicable) will be issued based on the information provided by you.
2. If a donation is refunded or reversed after a receipt/certificate is issued, the receipt/certificate may be cancelled and any tax benefit derived may become invalid.

6. Errors / Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails but your account is debited, please contact us with the transaction reference/UTR. We will help you coordinate with the payment gateway/bank.
