1. Donations

Donations made through iskconbhubaneswar.com are generally non-refundable because they support ongoing temple and charitable activities.

2. When a Refund May Be Considered

A refund may be considered in the following cases:

1. Duplicate payment (same donation paid more than once by mistake)
2. Erroneous payment due to technical issues (amount debited but donation not recorded/receipt not generated)
3. Unauthorized / fraudulent transaction, subject to verification by bank/payment gateway and relevant authorities

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info.iskconbbs@gmail.com with:

• Donor name
• Registered email/phone
• Transaction ID / Payment reference / UTR
• Donation amount and date
• Reason for refund request

4. Processing Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on the bank/payment gateway and may take 5–10 working days.

5. Receipts / Certificates

If a donation receipt/certificate (including any tax-related certificate) has been issued and the donation is refunded, the receipt/certificate will be cancelled and any related benefit becomes invalid.

6. Cancellation

Since donations are voluntary and immediately allocated, donations cannot generally be cancelled once successfully processed, except as described in Section 2.
